License Agreement
You may use this software for any commercial or noncommercial purpose, and by downloading POP Forums, you agree to abide by the following license agreement:
You will pay a licensing fee before using POP Forums in production. Production is defined as any situation where POP Forums is running for any use beyond testing and coding, whether on the public Internet or internally on a private network. One license is required for each instance of the application, and each domain name or subdomain. An instance is defined the same way an instance is defined by the ASP.NET Framework. For example, a license is required for each instance on a shared server. If POP Forums is running on three servers in a Web farm, three licenses are required.
You will keep all copyright notices intact, including the notices embedded in the scripts and on the visible HTML pages. The copyright must be visible to users of your forum and the link to the POP Forums Web site must be active and visible to the end-users. The copyright notice must be linked to http://www.popforums.com. You may not resell or present non-branded versions of the forum as your own, and POP World Media, LLC retains all copyrights.
If you build a custom user interface, you must still place copyright text at the bottom of the forum pages as such: "POP Forums™, ©2008, POP World Media, LLC.", and the text must link to http://www.popforums.com.
You may purchase a non-branded license for a higher licensing fee, and be exempt from the above copyright display provisions.
You may inherit, alter and modify the code to suit your purpose at your own risk. Substantial changes do not make you exempt from purchasing a license.
You alone are the licensee of this product, and may not resell, sublicense or transfer POP Forums to any third party without the express written consent of POP World Media, LLC.
You may not redistribute the original or modified code in any way, for free or for profit. You may however post code changes to the POP Forums site.
You authorize POP World Media, LLC and its agents to reference your site and/or company in promotional materials for POP Forums. If the software is used in public view (i.e., on the Internet and not on a private intranet), you agree to supply POP World Media, LLC the URL of the installation upon request.
You agree to assume all responsibility for material posted on your forum, and hold POP World Media, LLC and its agents harmless from any problems that may arise from the use of POP Forums including, but not limited to data loss, libel or defamation suits against you, copyright infringement, etc.
Because you may inspect the code prior to purchasing a license, and given its low-cost nature, POP World Media, LLC makes no guarantee that support will be granted. We'll do our best to help you in our support forums.
POP World Media, LLC reserves the right to revoke this license or revise it at any time.
This agreement shall be executed according the laws of the State of Ohio in Medina County, United States of America, which will also act as the venue for any legal claims or disputes.

THE SOFTWARE DOWNLOADED AND SOLD FROM THIS SITE AS WELL AS ALL RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES AS TO ITS PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS TO A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
